How about at Glen Elder? We've caught some mighty nice flats there. Biggest on a jig and pig fishing for smallmouths. 38.5 lbs!!!!

I'll be there, wherever it is. The next weekend after labor day is usually good weather. What about having it on a river somewhere?

We should start a poll of Kansas Reservoirs to have it at, that way guys from all over can vote on it, and we can have it at the one with the most votes. Thoughts ?

I would sure try to make it where ever its decided to be. I don't know enough about the Kansas lake to vote, but I do trust the Kansas brothers decisions. I'll be watching to see how this works out. Sure sounds like a great deal to me :smile2::smile2:
This go's for the seminar and the fall gathering :cool2:

I just copied/pasted this from the "vote" thread, didn't feel like typing it again.

The Frau and me would be ready for this. I didn't vote, mainly because I'm not familiar with any of them. The only other lake we've camped at was Marion. I like J.J.'s suggestion though, somewhere centrally located for everyone.
We plan on visiting at least a couple of different lakes this summer, if anyone can offer some suggestions where we'd find some good shore fishing I'd appreciate it. Don't want to take the Catoon with the price of gas.
I'll check out some of the one's mentioned and see what they look like, but we'd be up for where ever the majority chooses.
