This past fall and into the winter has been unusually active for me. I have done alot of fishing away from my local lake (fishtrap) and been trying the Levisa Fork of the River and into Shelby Creek (Shelbiana/Collins HWY/ Robinson Creek) and have brought in alot of small and midsize channel cats. This is very fun and active fishing eventhough you're won't see all the size of big river and lake cats. I mainly use nightcrawlers and chicken livers.

Anyone else seen this activity? And I'm always looking for pointers and sugguestions.........

I would suggest trying shad and skipjacks for bait. This will increase your odds to getting into bigger fish.
