bait shop is in a rented building and rent is very low has walk in cooler and well . bait shop includes all tackle and wall hangings and all venders and suppliers. has winter gear also . seller will help for 30 days if wanted it,s the oldest bait shop in our town of martinsville indiana. price is $7500. please call the owner i,m posting this for him.
