These are superb reels, I shark fish a lot and everyone in my group went to the Avets.
I landed a 9 foot hammer on South Padre with an SX last summer.
Just purchased an SX Raptor, 2 speed, haven’t had it on the sand yet, but the super low gear is absolutely unbelievable.
