Spring and fall offer excellent fishing, but the sport is good throughout the year at Eufaula. Anglers may enjoy fishing for striped bass, largemouth bass, white bass, crappie, catfish, walleye and a variety of sunfish. Eufaula Public Hunting Area consists of more than 31,800 acres. The principal game species include bobwhite quail, deer, rabbit, squirrel, duck, goose and dove. Waterfowl hunting is most popular on the Deep Fork arm.
