Engine weight

    Do you guys know where I can find info on outboard weights?

    Thanks anyway. I found that info on NADA. To be honest I can't believe how enexspensive the values are. Which means some people want to just, RIP ME OFF!

    Nada is just a general guideline not something set in stone. Just like with anything supply versus demand is what drives pricing. Price a new outboard and it will make it a little easier to understand why a nice used good running outboard will still command a decent price even if it is 15 to 20 years old.

    As the economy continues to tighten used outboards particuliarly smaller engines that are decent on fuel consumption will continue to go up in price. I wish I could buy a bunch of nice engines for what NADA says they are worth!
