i'm having a problem with my bottomline fish finder blacking out when ever i start to move very fast,i've moved my transduce, and i was talking to a guy and he said that his dad had the same problem with his boat and we got to talking and was wondering if it had to do with runnung everything off of the same battery that the charging system was recharging by putting a large volt supply back into the battery making it wig out,has anybody had this problem?so to see if that might be it i ran a jumper off of a seprate battery but i havent had a chance to try it out yet, if it works out i'll let you know.

I've never heard of one back charging and doing that. When it blacks out do you have to turn the power back to it before it comes back on.

I have to hit the power button to get it to clear the screen but it's more like its in sleep mode and not completely powered down.
