Keith, how are you using the eels? We have commercial trappers here at home, not sure about recreational trapping regs, if any. I've never used them for bait, but have been thinking about it. I remember seeing something on the internet about making a trap from pvc pipe with holes drilled in it or something. Maybe do a search?
