i use this marinade all the time its quick easy and good
you will need
1 clove of garlic diced
2.extra virgin olive oil
3.rose mary
4. onion powder
in a bowl that has a lid just add enough olive oil that will cover the meat then throw in the garlic and rosemary use the onion powder to lightly dust the meat with it then put it in the bowl and put the lid on it and come back 24 hours later and bam you have a great steak
