    Ingredients Needed:

Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (you choose how much you need)
    A large bottle of ketchup
    A 2-Liter of Coca-Cola or Diet Coke
    Salt and Pepper
    Lawry's Seasoning Salt

    Directions:

    Wash the chicken thoroughly
Salt, Pepper and Season with Lawry's
Put chicken in a large stew pot or dutch oven on the stove
Pour Coke and Ketchup over the chicken until it is completely covered
Mix liquid around in the pot and spoon over chicken
Cook on medium heat for about an hour or until the chicken is fully cooked.

That sounds interesting. Could you use a barbecue sauce instead of ketchup? I'm sure the Coca-Cola with add to the taste and the acid in it would break down the collagen to tenderize the meat.

    Thanks it sounds good...:good:

I actually won a cooking contest with it and had the recipe published in a national cookbook for quick and easy foods. I would just stick with the Coke and Ketchup....when it blends together, it makes an awesome sauce and the chicken is just sooo tender. You don't even have to use a knife to cut it!! Try it, you'll like it!

I forgot to tell you that you have to put a lid on the pot when you're cooking it....sorry!

Hey Bugg! So glad you enjoyed it! It is very easy to fix and if you have alot of people coming over for a game or cards, you can fix it and feed alot of people pretty cheap!!
