Here is a simple baked turkey breast recipe:
    All you need is:
    Baking Pan I used a 13x9 metal
I used a Butterball 3lb Boneless Turkey Breast
Half stick of Butter more or less to taste Any brand of cooking spray Aluminum foil
    Seasonings, Seasonings and more Seasonings!

TSS is preferred by a lot! If anybody wants to buy me a wagon load or a sample of TSS feel free to do so…LOL!!!
I used on this one: Lemon & Pepper Seasoning Salt
    Regular Seasoning Salt
A Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning mix
    and Good ol' Garlic Powder
First I spray the baking pan with the spray. I then take the turkey breast out and blot it off with a few paper towels. I then spray the turkey with the spray lightly. Then put the turkey in the pan and start cutting the butter up in small pieces. Place about 3/4 of the half stick onto the turkey breast. Use the remainder cut up and drop in the bottom of the pan and then start putting your seasonings on it. In the pics you can probably tell I like to put a lot seasoning but always pay for it...LOL! I'm going all out before my surgery!
I like to slow cook mine. I put it in the oven on 250* for approx. 4 hours or until the center gets at least 170*. I also keep it covered until approx. 30-45 mins before it’s done. Also be extremely careful when raising the foil checking it. The steam can burn real bad!!!
You can substitute any seasonings you want to; I would LOVE to try some T.S.S Seasonings on it. That would be great!!! My birthday is the 17th, think I’m going to ask for some of them. I can't get enough seasonings on anything I eat. Probably part of my stomach problems.LOL! Another thing I did at the end was drizzle honey over the whole thing and give an extra sprinkle of cinnamon. It’ll counteract the spiciness and make it good!
I'll attach some pics from photobucket.I didn't get the before plain pics but have from 45 mins cooking time on.
Thanks for looking and welcome any info to add to this. I know smoking it would be awesome but have no smoker!

The only thing this needed was TSS Seasonings. That’d made it Perfect!!! Also don’t forget to visit our sponsor

Turkey and Chicken are so healthy to eat. If you'll get this all typed up in Word I'll try it. I have a bunch of TSS seasonings. We put some Rattlesnake sasoning on some steak cooked on the grill. Man is that stuff spicy!!! It was so hot we couldn't eat more than a few bites. Now,we know to go easy on that one! I love juicy pig it's my favorite!
