Anyone use them? How do they compare to Carbon or Alum.
Shot ACC's when I had an Easton contract....to darn expensive otherwise. For 3D's I thought they were good, for field archery I thought they were awesome. I weven used them indoors to post many 300's, but a fat arrow would have helped with the X count. If you can afford them(and afford to lose them) they are a super arrow, as long as you stay above a 3-49. 3-49's and up have an actual insert........the half-out on a 3-39 was just nasty to keep in short of epoxy. They cut the wind like no other (except the ACE's) and their spine and straightness are super consistant...........all that said, I think they're to high priced for a hunting arrow. Great arrow though.
One more thing........they will bend just like an aluminum arrow( it's a sick sight). My choice now would be a slick finished carbon all carbon.
