Since joining the site a few years back, alot of the PA guys have argued about where's the best flathead fishing in Pennsylvania.

Back in 05 and 06 when I just started to catch them consistently, I didn't think the eastcoast can hang with the westcoast.

But now after 3 full years and thousands of hours on the river learning it, I think the eastcoast is now ready to represent.

Nothing at stake except for BRAGGING RIGHTS!

So here is my proposal, That my 4 friends who are registered members on this board but don't post alot have a fish off witht the west-side of the state. All fish over 25lbs gets one (1) point. Most points by Novemeber 1 wins bragging rights.

Just something to MOTIVATE everyone this year to go out and yank in a big fat hog!

Schuylkill and Susquehanna Rivers vs The BIG 3 (Ohio, Allegheny, and Monogahela)

    PA Flathead Civil War 2008
    or

Tan, is this a 4 on 4? I'm not going up against 12 guys from the west.

    No, it East vs West.

I could be 7 on 20, but who cares!

Being the role of the underdog is what I had in mind.

Don't worry, we will take down the Westside!

Anyone from the west catches a legal fish, it's one point.
Anyone from the east catches a legal fish, it's one point.

The purpose of this to see how many big fish comes out of the state, not just east/west.

East will produce some fish. But i think the biggest will no doubt be from the west. Yes it is a gauranteed pediction LOL.
