Early Missouri goose season opens Sat.

    Just wanted to remind everyone that missouri's early goose season opens this sat., there will probaly be a few goose hunters on the sand bars Sat.

    Once the rivers get overrun with the almighty feathered-fowl hunters (who OWN the river) its a whole new game.

    After all, the river was put there in the first place just for the use of the duck hunters etc........

    thats where i beg to differ them geese cant see my rod stiking out of the front of the blind. daryl dont get worked up over the river hunters if you got to fish by one of there blinds this time of year your wasting your time:big_smile::big_smile::big_smile:

    Just had some bad experiences years ago. It wasn't fishing though.

    Was threatened with a shotgun while trying to bowhunt some islands by some duckhunters who think they own the river.
