I had this unit for about 2 months until the screen went blank. I have since returned the unit to Eagle and it has been gone for 2 months. I was wondering if anyone has had any dealings with Eagle on returns and if this is a normal waiting time. I have called them twice and each time they have told me a new unit has been ordered and it will be in 5 to 10 working days. Not sure if I am getting the run around from them or not. Just wondering.
