Has anyone tried these yet? I picked up a box of them today and they look great, and are much cheaper than the Gamakatsu Big River hooks. I'm going to try both of them tomorrow night.

I tried out the 10/0 Kahles over the weekend and had some awesome hookups over the weekend, with no damage to the cat's eye as I get with circles.

    Largest was a 24# Flathead.

    All rigs were setlines.

What was the smallest? I'm always interested to see how small of a fish will take bait on a big hook.

I use the 7/0 to start off the year to see how they was and hook ups seem great.

And hunter i remember one about 3 lbs on a 6" bluegill

Good question, but I'm not sure if I recall as it was a wet trip with little sleep and I did not take notes like I usually do.

Out of all of our set lines we had maybe 10 of the 10/0 hooks deployed. The smallest fish was probably about a 5# blue cat, as best as my memory serves.

I use then exclusively and would recomend them to everyone. Those EagleClaw 7/0 and 10/0 Kahle hooks can't be beat, IMO!!

They have both the new 9/0 and 10/0 in boxes of 50 at NABTAK in Claremore.

If anyone going to Keystone needs me to pick them some up, I plan on swinging by NABTAK to get some black perch and will pick you up what you need.
