Drift sock

    What size and how many drift sock"s" for my 22 ft pontoon?I'm looking to give myself a x-mas present.Just would like some input!!!!!!ty

    At least 2, 4 foot or 6 foot chutes and maybe 3 if your 'toon has a lot of "sail area"...W

    i have a 18 ft bass buggy toon and i use a 42" sock in the potomac river and it does the job. plus we use it on a 21 ft cc and it holds it straight :big_smile:

    Save your self some money. Drift socks are easy to make out of plastic 5 gallon buckets and work just as well as drift socks. I made one for my boat, by cutting 5 2 inch holes in the bottom of them, and used nylon rope for an "Handle", then added an old throw net line with swivel on it....

    I imagine you would need a couple of them....
