Josh check out the members library for lots of info on drift fishing. There are several ways to do it. An essential item will be a good rod holder. Check out the Monster Rod Holders. A depth finder will be of most importance to you.

defiantly a depth finder, a trolling motor , drift sock, and a gps . you need to know how deep the water is , and how fast you're going. winter time less than .5 mph, summer you can get away with a little more speed . other than that its pretty basic drop your lines straight down till they hit bottom and reel them up a couple of feet depending on where the fish are. good luck
