We are getting one of those ipod thing-a-ma-jigs this weekend for our upcoming vacation.Traveling about 3-4k miles.
What are some sites that we can download music or audio books that is free and legal?
Tried Kazaa, but it had issues with our computer, not even sure if it was legal.

Thanks in advance for your replies.

Jon as far as I know if your not paying a monthly fee to one of the sites it isnt legal. However Kazaa was one that I have used for stuff like that you might want to look for Kazaa Lite it doesnt have the pop ups and stuff.

Itunes, or Rhapsody. It's .99 per song. Do you have music on your harddrive? I would download those first. We got one of those for my girlfriend's son, and it was a booger figuring out how to use it, but we got it going.

i use limewire, you dont have to pay much if any and it is legal. its not the greatest thing for viruses though. ive gotten a few but they were only minor ones and were taken care of easily
