Dover

    Anybody know the boat ramp conditions in dover on the south side of the river. I was thinkin about puttin in there instead of cumberland city this weekend.

    the boat ramp at dover is a nice boat ramp and nice dock its close to the bridge and behind the justice center.

    Thanks I usually put in at the steam plant but I always end up down there anyways so I figure I will save myself the boat ride. Do you ever fish downstream past dover much. On the map it looks like it may widen up a bit but the first few miles don't apear to have a lot of structure. I have always had a hard time findin fish in the areas, like where they have piled the rocks on the banks for miles on both sides. Do you have any luck in these areas?

    there is good fishing from the steamplant to the bumpus mills area.
