Anyone know a way to see if your doughball is thick enough before you cool it? I always make mine too soft. Right now im cooking it on the stove and its so thick when i try to stir it it wont seperate. Its still a little mushy but it stays in one piece. Thanks.

trail and error. when I make mine I use 3/4 of the liquid to start then add as needed to get my desired thickness. You could also add flour are dry milk to your mix to thicken it up. corn meal oat meal dry jello mix would also work to thicken it up.
