I love deep fried cats, but I don't like throwing away the oil it takes to do it on a regular basis.. I usually cut a bunch of red-skinned potatoes and make deep fried fries each time I cook fish, then freeze them for later. When I buy deep fried fish at a restaurant they always put too much salt and I have to remove the coating to keep my intake down. I have asked on Facebook but no one has given me any idea how fish cooks on a air fryer. With all the guys here, surely I can get a good idea. Not much fishing going on now anyway.
