Look for some deep river holes near Watertown. Everything I find seems to be 10 feet or less. I'm shore fishing for now.

Also looking for lakes that hold large flathead so I can take the youngin with me to get those panfish.

Any help is much appreciated.

For flatheads, you may wanna check out the Crawfish River at Aztalan State Park just south of I94. I think its actually in Jefferson County but pretty close to Watertown yet. For channel cats a few places to check out would be Beaver Dam Lake (good shore fishing opportunities), Danville Millpond and the Horicon Marsh Millpond. Also Fort Atkinson has shoreline opportunities on the Rock. I believe right downtown.
