Do fish lights work on the river?

    Wondering if anyone ever tried. I heard that you can't concentrate plankton in rivers and figured they would then be useless.

    Well the plankton "zooplankton" wouldnt surface.. but loads of baitfish would and the skips would probably go crazy! Yeah they would get baitfish.. just not plankton.:wink:

    never tried them because I know flatties don't like light.

    never try them either cause of flatties hating light i use a cap black light when i fish at night
