Recently told about a medium size pond, i'd say two acres, thats supposed to have big catfish in it. only problem is their are weeds everywhere shallow and deep. I tried using big pole floats and suspending bait above the weeds but all i keep catching are pike and small bass. Can somebody please help me out so i can get a nice cat.

I would try fishing the bottom with sinkers. And use heavy line.:0a23:

if you like using the bobber go to a large bream.using a bait to big for small fish will reult in bigger fish.
