This is a good recipe if you are just feeling lazy, and dont want to mess with cooking.

Gut whole trout, leave head on.

Take a piece of tin foil large enough to cover whole trout, lay trout in the center, and add veggies of your choice, I like to use new potatoes and carrots.

Form a tent with the tin foil.

Throw into dish washer (no soap) and run through a cycle.

What about the folks with no dishwashers? :eek:oooh:

Hate to say it Gar....er, Gare.......but think I'll just stick to washin' ball caps in the dishwasher. You can use soap with them.

Believe it or not, it really works. PLUS I DID use dish wash powder and killed two birds (fish really) with one load!

And I thought that dishwashers were only for dishes. The things you learn here on a site originally for catfish. LOL
Gar is preferred before Gare. LOL
