Many prefer the Berkely, Snell, Palomar, etc. Many might wanna learn and want to practice on different knot tieing. Heres a link that explains alittle on fishing knots. Feel free to add illustrations etc. to "how and what you may use". Goodluck..... rollo

there is a show on VS TV and it is a segment about Knots VS other knots and today i saw one called a triple braid knot. it was very strong and if i can find a link i will post it. they also said that no mater what you do above the eye of the hook, you should wrap the line through the eye 3 times. it makes every knot that you can do it with stronger.

I never learned to tie any knots other than the double clinch knot, that is what I use...But I have started snelling my hooks using the no knot snell...The no knot snell is so easy even an idiot like me can do it.
