If you want to pay for a PA license then you will have better luck crossing the bridge to Philly and fish the Schuylkill River

Yes there are flatheads in the Delaware. Not as big a population as in the Skuke. I havent heard of many folks targeting them in the D from this message board.
I'd like to help ya out but I don't fish the delaware for them. All I know is there are more of them in the tidal portion. Probabaly near structure and use shad, herring, or sunnies. A lot of guys catch them fishing for stripers.Really. So whats the secret?
