Here is a recipe that I like to fix every once in awhile. Tater Tots Green Onions Hamburger or Sausage 1 can mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup Cheese Fry up the hamburger or sausage and drain. Add both cans of soup (do not add water). In a 1 quart casserole dish spray oil coating to keep from sticking and add 1 layer of tater tots. Spoon meat/soup mixture over tater tots, and layer of cheese and sprinkle chopped up green onions over the cheese. Keep layering until dish is filled up. On the last layer do not put the cheese on until the last 5 minutes. Oven should be set at 350 for about 45 minutes. I like to add sour cream to the top of mine.
