I am very impressed with Stewart this year, it takes a brass set to start your own team and try and compete with the competition in NASCAR.... They are running with the big boys from the git go!!!! I have to applaud them for having their stuff together!! :cool2:

    Mike,
You do realize that Stewart is getting alot of help from Hendricks this year don't you? I think that's why he has come out of the box strong. It's not like he's starting completely from scratch with unproven equipment. I assume that you already know that Tony is driving a car for Hendricks in the nationwide race on Saturday don't you? It will be the number 80 car in honor of Hendricks' 80 car dealerships. How cool is that?

Yep, I know he has Hendrick engines and probably more support from them than we know about, but still an accomplisment to start your own team and compete right off...Alot of teams have tried, with support from great engine programs and never got the results they already have....
