Daytime Flathead Catfish

    Caught this 25lb flathead today around 2. Bait used was a shadtail. :eek:oooh: I wasn't getting any bites on the heads or midsections and decided to put a tail on. Pic of fish and bait used below.

    I ALWAYS i mean ALWAYS use the tails. Try and tell me that a fish can tell the difference from head or tail and i will call you a lair. Ive caught many of big fish on the tails.

    Nice fish!! I've never used tails either, but for sure gonna give 'em a try (cudn't hurt my luck any)!
