Dang, those migrating robins!

    They are everywhere at the river, dropping berries from the trees and sometimes dropping berry poo. They're taking over the whole area, can't wait till they're gone.

    When we get snow, some us real country folk go on robin hunts. Robin aint bad table fare.

    I love to see robin hunt worms in my yard I wish they were here year round.
    They they walk behind me when I work in my garden and catch worms.

    Yes! I must say that I love to see the Robins,when they signal the return of Spring.It's a wonderful sight to see! I get a kick out of those of em that are so fat,those are the cute ones.:big_smile:

    They follow me when I mow, because the sound of the rider brings the worms up. They are smart birds.

    Yeah, I like them in our yard but not when I'm fishing. Just try going to a creek with a lot of trees and robins, they are dropping things everywhere.

    But I don't mind them in the spring - all I care about is the warmer weather.:cool2:

    I love robins! They are so pretty and a joy to watch.

    Eating robins:confused2: may be just me..but I aint ever heard of such. Can you do that????

    We have and do. For reasons I dont know , the only times I know of robin hunting going on is when there is snow on the ground.

    Im in PA and I see them in january during the late deer season, eating the sticker bush berries (wild rose..what ever, they just hurt walking thru em).
