daiwa sweepfire 3500

    goes anyone know anything about tha new daiwa sweepfire 3500-B reel? i know its not a catfishing reel, well a big cat reel.. but does anyone have any input or info on it? please help Thanx Adam:confused2:

    Sorry I can't help with that one. But I do use Daiwa rods and love them.

    ive used the 2500 before, was tryin to get sum info before i buy.. im thinkin is betwenn $30 and $40 for the combo
    i searched online and cheapst i found was $49.99

    this reel isnt gonna be my cat rig, i will be using it for other fishing and some light channel. nothing big for cats tho

    southern wv mainly.. i live in athens. so we fish hinton, the river side. new river, pipestem lake bailey lake in bluefield.

    I'm not familar with this Daiwa model. However Daiwa was my reel of choice when I fished Bass tournaments for many years. Never had one to fail me.

    the reel is actualy a dshock 3500... really nice though:wink:
