well we had a fresh road kill doe the day before we cut up the hanging buck. we got 5 roasts and 4 steaks 4 packs chops and 13# ground. the hanging buck we got 4 roasts 8 steaks and 5 packs of chops (6 packs) and 39# of ground. they had two deer last night. they got 40 # only cause they used some for stew meat and jerky.

the first 13# we took the new grinder out at 8:30 and it was washed and back in the box at 9:01. it does 2# a min. it was $99.99 at dicks p/goods and we got it for 50% off. $48.98.

Jeremy, I hope you didn't spill any of that natural lite in there. That stuff will taint the meat..... ;)

keith the sausage recipe is in the thread. i add a tad more of the garlic powder and a dash of onion powder and a couple spoons of tss season all and rattlesnake dust also. bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hrs with 3 small toothpic holes in the bottom of foil. check it out. got 6 # frozen.
