I have been using sissors and a knife for a short time for cutting up bait I recently started using my small pruneing shears the kind with one blade that comes down to a flat surface man that works good I always kept a pair to cut sticks for for stink bait and tried them on the cut bait the bait dont slip out like they would if you used sissors and you dont need to have a board with ya like you would if you was using a knife has anyone ever used them yet?

I too like the poultry shears. They do very well with cutting but they aren't very good for scaling the fish first.

Great Idea! It will help with the bones and can even cut up some firewood... :p
