Hit the Wabash again tonight & had a pretty decent evening. Cut bait was the choice tonight for the flatties. We had seven hits on cut bait and only 2 with live BLGs. Pretty certain the hits were flaheads too...they hit a bit different than the channels & gar. We caught a 2# male, 12# 6oz female, and 8# 6oz female all on cut bait. We did lose one fish with a live gill -- had it on but it got away after a short fight.

Fullstringer will be out again tomorrow night & then I'll be back out on Wednesday.

I can't remember if I mentioned this in a previous post, but we've been seeing bald eagles up here everytime we hit the river!

It's cool seeing bald eagles... we have them here too. I don't see em unless I get far away from civilization on the river though. What/who ever is responsible for bring back the eagle though is/done a good thing.
