cured chicken livers

    After you cure out the chicken livers, what do you with them after that. Do you store them in the freezer?

    I just put them back in their tub or in a plastic back without any juices.

    I put mine in gallon ziplock bag and then put the bag in a plastic bowl, Then I place it in the frig.... I add anise oil to mine before curing and the frig smelled like licorice..... My wife bought the plastic bowl to help keep the frig from smelling....

    I put them back in the container dry until I am ready to fish with them. Keep the blood in another container for chum.
