I am planning on hitting the Ohio this afternoon and probably will be taking the wife and kids...that being said where is everyone fishing lately? I was thinking about hitting a large creek dumping into the Ohio or should I be on the main river itself? Just want to catch some to keep the troops entertained:wink:

    Thanks

The river has been up alot over the past few weeks and the current is strong. I would stay in the creeks for now. you should have no problem tearing up the white bass, wich is fun for all ages.

Thats the funny thing, I havent found a single white bass yet! Not sure where they are, heard a report last week that they were biting in a creek but thats it nothing else since then and havent caught one...:confused2: I really enjoy catching them on my ultrlight outfit just for grins and giggles, maybe they havent made the creeks yet?

hmmm....btw the crappie are up in the creeks and in the fallen trees, use minnows and have fun!
