creek fishin'

    Any body ever fish silver creek here in good ol' southern indiana?
    Awesome catfish creek. And every other fish that comes out of the river.

    Never heard of it...but nothing like wading a creek and doing some fishin' in the hot summer months!

    I drive across Silver Creek alot & I only know of one place where people fish, (private or public unkown).:confused2:

    Man there is a ton of good spots to fish that creek. You can go pretty much anywhere from the mouth on the ohio river up to at least 4 or 5 miles inland-at least thats the extent of what ive fished. Yall are right-theres nothhing like wading creeks in the summer. Other than cats theres striper,hybrid striper, smallies,largemouth,drum,gills,gar,a ton of white bass and anything thats in the ohio river. Never caught any Blues in there though. Just channels and flatheads. Some big ones to for coming out of a creek.:big_smile_2:
