Creek Chub, Big blue catfish

    What do you guys think about using live creek chub on blues?

    I don't know how well they will work for you but I use them on the Missouri River and have caught everything from flatheads, channels, blues, gar, drum, and even a big walleye from time to time.

    when i was young we would bait our trout lines with creek chubs , mainly because we did not have enough money to buy bait !We would throw a basket in the creek or go seine the creek with cabbage sack & catch them , I do remember they were hard to keep alive
