Crappie

    here is a couple of pics to make your mouth water. the first and last one are of some crappie that came out of a pond and nobody had no idea they were even in there. thats my dad and little boy in the pic. the second one was from a trip to the lake me and one of my buddies took. the boat broke that day but we had a great day of fishing:smile2:

    Jason, thanks for sharin your pictures. Looks like Jack and Grampa had a great time :cool2: Those crappie are alot of fun to catch... and eat!

    lol..well i love taking them fishing for 3 reasons.
    1. anyfish i catch when my son is around is huge not matter what it is.
    2. dad always has a trick or two to learn.
    3. even if we don't catch fish we still have fun.

    me and my dad didn't talk for a while for some stupid reason but as of late he has turned into a good fishing buddy:smile2:

    I like catching and eating crappie but for some reason it's been very slow on the lake this year.

    Those are some nice crappie.
    A buddy at work told me his father-in-law caught a 20" crappie and ate it. Holy smokes! If I caught one that big I would have fell on the ground and started twitching. It would look great on my wall.
