I am new to Crappie fishing, this will be my first year at it. I've heard some talk here about crappie nibbles. I've never heard of them and was wondering what they are, and where I can get them? Can they be bought at Wal-Mart or Bass Pro Shops? I would greatly appreciate some feed back from some of you experienced crappie fisherman. Thanks, rspd507

Yes, they can be purchased at many tackle shops. They are little preformed nuggets of a formulated paste. I've had good luck with them.

and if you are using tubes a great addition is a bait pump. It injects the nibbles into the tube after you put it on the jig head and makes it a lot harder to knock it off.

The bad thing about the sparkles is that you get them everywhere. Looks like you've been to a disco. But I also believe that as the sparkles come off in the water this helps to attract fish.
