I was planning a trip to Shearon Harris this weekend to do some bream fishing. I was curious as to whether or not there were crappie in this lake. I know they are in Jordan, but what about Harris? Also, if I do decide to go to Jordan and crappie fish, does anyone think they'll be biting? Thanks for the info!!

There are plenty of crappie in Harris. You can usually catch some nice ones by throwing a crappie jig up against the bridge pilings of the one bridge that crosses the lake.I also catch lots of them by dropping jigs into opening along the weedlines in the coves. You might also get a bass or two doing this and occasionally a Jack.:smile2:
