Crab Boil - Anyone ever tried?

    Has anyone ever tried adding some "crab boil" oil to any of their baits?

    I was wondering about it after watchin a cookin show the other day.

    no never troed that but have used oyster juice you buy in the can from grocery

    Dang, thought this was Jen,s page! I know what to do with a crab boil, but not for fishing!

    Haven't used it with my bait, but it would probably work if the fish think it tastes as good as I think it does. I boil my crawdads in it and man is it delicious. Its only about .99 at Wal-Mart if you are talking about the Zatarains Crab Boil. I have 2 boxes up in the cabinet right now.

    Jeremy, that is exactly what I'm talkin about.

    thought about soaking shrimp in it, or using it with bisquick to make a dough bait

    Might just work. Try it out and let us know how it goes. At least somebody is getting some fishing in, lol. This 2-10 shift really sucks, especially with wed. and thurs. off. Once the kids get out of school for the summer, we will be back out again. Just 3 months..................
