Cowboys will blow out the Pack. Favre has never won in Dallas and the Dallas defense hasn't allowed a 100 yard rusher this season. The pack don't have a run game anyway so yes they will be one dimensional as usual.
Packers shmakers,Coyboys plowboys, the Browns would have their way with each one of them! lol Oh yeah there are a lot of na sayers out there, but just wait and see who goes how far...................... This is a nil subject, both of their seasons are over....:wink:It will be the Packers 28/17.
I gotta go Dallas...45-28. If Green Bay can crank up their running game it'll be a different game. I don't like either team but It'll be a great game to watch.
Go Pack Go.
Yes, G.B. is 0-8 at Dallas. But they haven't lost a road game in the last 15??Hmmm.
It's gonna be a great game, hopefully woodson plays and KGB gives us 3 down pass rush with Kampman.
Roy williams is too slow to keep up with young reciever core of the pack.
Al harris and Woodson can put the kabash on Dallas recievers, hopefully they come to play tongiht.
Key match up- Dallas TE witten and G.b. linebackers in coverage. Witten will burn you in a heartbeat over the middle when TO and comapny aren't open.
Barnett,Hawk and Popinga will have their hands full.
Running game- 101 yrds last 5 games (avg) Grant has been a good find. But with a short passing game it really is equivalent to a running game and brett is hard to beat on quick slant routes.
X factor- Dallas RB's
GB- Wr James Jones ( i love this kid and he is exciting to watch)
Too many weapons for Dallas
GB 35
Dallas 27
Gotta love the game either way the outcome, two good teams playing with class acts all around. Too bad it's on the NFL Net.
I've seen it all now, a Green Bay fan from Texas.LOL! It's all good. I would like to see Favre get the win, because everyone likes Favre, but I just think the Green Bay secondary will have to much to deal with. Good post Hillcountry! If the Packers get back KGB and Woodson, it will definatley help the Packer cause on defense. The Packers will not run the ball much, but they need to atleast keep the run honest to help out on play action and keep the linebackers at bay. The Cowboys should win this game with the amount of talent they have on offense, but you never know. Brett might have an incredible game and pull out a win for the Pack.
ONE THING ABOUT FARVE IS THAT HE SEEMS TO ENJOY PLAYING WITH ALL ODDS AGAINST HIM, HE IS VERY GOOD UNDER PRESSURE AND PLAYS BIG IN BIG GAMES SO YOU CANNOT COUNT HIM OUT, NEVER.

you said it, Luey. favre is a game maker. in a different style than brady or manning, but he can carry his team at times....should the pats make it to the super bowl, the team i would least like to see as their opponent would be the packers.
LOL. I know..from TX. I married a cheeshead 7 yrs ago and have been hooked before that with reggie and company.
My packer queen
Pack HQ in west bend on Turkey day
I just lost the liking for the cowboys when they all were convicts...just lost the prestige to me.
Would be hard pressed to find better guys than Aikman and Emitt, i'll admit.
I understand the allegiance with Roy and Oklahoma.:smile2: I'm the same way with former A&M alumni. It's fun to watch guys who played in your state go on to the league and do well. I was the same with Kevin smith and Dat Gyuyen when they played at Dallas.
However, roy didn't start against the jets casue they run a 3 reciever set, much like that of the pack. I don't see him starting but he will play obviously.
When we run 5 reciever sets, it's hard to find 5 corners that can combat a deep reciever core.
But, if dallas controls the ball, then it doesn't matter how many recievers you got lined up if they never get on the field.
Gosh, I love this stuff. This is what it's all about a two good teams squaring off!
Thank God I'm an American!
Well..crud...Woodson and KGB are out tonight. Mcarthy's call for the long haul of the remainder of the season.
This makes things alot more interesting, thought woodson would be a "go".
Jared Bush is gonna have to a hell of a game.
Come on Pack, bring the fury
It was a very good game, and I like to report I am a believer now, that Romo guy can sure play. I was not sure how he would play in a big game but he did pretty good for a 2nd year guy. I think in a few years he will up to par with the guys in Indy and NE. And my brother in law will be reminding me how good he is every time I see him.
GB almost pulled it off. Rogers did good IMO.
I enjoyed the game. That play when T.O had ball taken from him and went out of bounds,
it should have been Green Bays ball.
Cowboys are looking good. Cowboys and Pats in S.B. What a game that will be. I wouldn't count GB out.
I like Brett Favre. Got a lot of respect for him. The man has heart for the game and I enjoy watching him play .
Most likely this will be his last year. It wouldnt bother me if he won SB .
I'm going to have to say the Cowboys. I like Brett Favre, and I want him to do well, but I just don't think the Packers defense is up to the challenge of stopping Romo, Owens, and Jones/Barber. The Packers better establish the running game and not become one dimensional, or it will be a long night Thursday. I'm going to take the Cowboys 38-28.:confused2::crazy:
Well, I wasn't to far off. 37-27 was the final score, I knew the Cowboys were going to win, Aaron Rodgers didn't play bad though. The Packers actually showed some signs of life in the running game.oooh: Favre going down was a rare occasion for sure. I thought he might come back and try and lead the Pack to victory, didn't happen.:confused2: Owens had a whomper of a game.
