I FISHED IT FROM THE BANK A COUPLE YEARS AGO . WE CAUGHT SEVERAL CHANNELS BUT NO FLATS. FISHING FROM THE BANK SEVERLY LIMITED THE AMOUNT OF STRUCTURE WE COULD FISH. THE WATER LOOKS PRETTY GOOD ALTHOUGH I NEVER HAD A BOAT ON IT TO TOOL AROUND AND SEE WHAT IS ON THE BOTTOM THE CHANNELS HAVE GOOD DEPTH UP NEAR THE DAM. AS HUNTED SAID THE BAIT SHOPS HAVE SOME PRETTY GOOD PICTURES OF FLATS.

i think rocky fork is the best public lake in southern ohio to fish for flats but i have caught a couple of small 1s at cowan a few years back nothing over 15 lbs. Warmouth blugil seemed to b what they wanted when i was there!
    Good luck
