Absolutely. The camo swivel seats always have a towel on 'em.

 

Haha, I leave the swivel seats in the garage since I enjoy a burnt bum. lol. Plus the swivel seat mount base is right in the center of the seat so I can't run the tiller from there. I like the towel off to the right of the motor which also helps me see the depth finder.

 

Tom it’s not much of a cushion but seadecking really helps with the burnt bum problem! Now you may be able to get thicker material mines only 1/4” but I can stand barefoot on it and while it’s warm it’s not burn me hot. I put some on my bench to help with the burnt bum problem but with all the wakes from other boats I still had a sore bum problem so I put a swivel seat on top. Might not be the route you wanna go but I’ve been happy with the seadecking so far

 

I think your decking looks good Dannie and I have been considering getting some for mine. I have also been thinking about adding a new chair base to the right rear bench and trying one of the Millennium seats. Getting the seat a little higher will help me see which log I want to hit.

 

I went with the Avery seat it seams to be just like a millennium just a lot cheaper. It might not hold up as long as the millennium only time will tell but it’s a lot nicer than the traditional water logged seat I originally had on it

 

The pervious owner added one on each side so I have 3 I have used a post with seat while anchored fishing works great

 

I considered Seadecking for my boat floor for a while. Then I happened upon a few dozen squares of commercial rated carpet. It works good....when I remember to put it in the boat for the trip. 😣

 

I am not too worried about the floor. Now this 2070 has a lot of open floor but I bought sever 2'x2' squares of exercise mat that has the puzzle edges to connect it. Very comfy to stand and walk on, the sun doesn't heat it up much and it can be cut to the exact size needed. I had it in one of my 14 footers in the past and was happy. I never had any issues with the wind even when towing the trailer down the highway.

If that doesn't function the way I like, I will switch to something else.
