My oldest son Austin and I hit the Coosa River upstream of Lake Weiss in NW GA for a few hours Sunday. In between boat ridin' and gettin' out on the bank and playin', we managed to fish for a few hours and caught 3 cats, some bream, and a drum. There not monsters, but a couple were really nice cats, and the biggest was 22lbs. The water temps. were around 52 degrees and we were using shad.
