Hopin to finally be able to hit the water again either wed or thurs this week. Finally getting a break from the new job.

Anyone have any info on the Coosa? Info shows water temps around 77F. Are the cats spawning? If so, won't make the trip.

I haven't fished the Coosa since April, but all the cats won't be spawning at the same time. Water temps. can vary by 5 degrees or so (sometimes more) upstream vs. downstream of the power plant, so I'd try a couple different stretches of river and see how it goes. Good luck fishin'!

Just a heads up, the bite is way off. We haven't had any luck just about all month. Water level is down prob 6 foot right now also. We need some rain bad...

Any recent change in the water conditions?
I started a new job, and finally will have a little time off to fish. I'd love to hit someplace where hooking a trophy would be a possibility....

    Thanks
