I got a small patch of corn and the coons are starting to hit it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Was thinking of using a bucket trap and a 220 and baiting with sardines. Is that the right trap and would any thing work better than sardines? Any help will be great.

I went to Orschlens and got a $20.00 electric fencer strung two wires and no more problems. A lot better then a trap. You have got to carry off what you catch that way.

The bucket set guarded with a 220 will do the trick,I would use grape jelly or fresh ears of corn for bait instead of sardines to prevent catching the neighborhood cats tho.
